Our policy has been created to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their  original state with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

Please ensure that every tag, label, and box is returned in the same condition as received.  

Products that have been worn, cleaned, or modified in any way are  not eligible for return.  

A return request must be filed within  48 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting our support team.  

Items failing to meet these requirements will be rejected for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    

Send your return request via email including your  Order ID and reason for return to jetfintechnologiessolutionpvtl@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence    

In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, attach  clear images highlighting the issue for quicker resolution.  

Step 3: Follow the Provided Instructions    
 
Once your request is approved, we will share the complete return procedure with you.  

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not follow our stated guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

Upon receipt of your returned product, our team will carefully examine it to confirm compliance with our return standards. You will then be notified of the  approval or denial of your refund.    

If approved, the refund will be credited back to your  original payment method within  5–7 business days , followed by a confirmation email  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If a returned product only  partially qualifies under our return conditions (for example, minor wear or missing packaging), a  partial refund may be granted at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

Should you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, you must raise a  return request within 48 hours of delivery .    

Include  clear photos or videos of the issue in your email to help us process the matter promptly.
